Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at selym.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How to Start a Return

Email support@selym.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
