1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@selym.shop and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to assist if you contact us before the order ships.
